Shipping & Returns

We personalize every ring to order. Our current launch policy is:

Processing time

Personalized orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days before shipment.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $5.95 per order for non-members. Active Love Made Wearable Gift Club members receive FREE standard shipping on eligible orders.

After processing, standard delivery is typically estimated at 3–5 business days. Most orders should therefore arrive approximately 5–8 business days after the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Personalized items and returns

Because each ring is engraved specifically for the customer, personalized items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or Love Made Wearable made an engraving error.

If we made the engraving error, or the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly and we will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace the item at no additional charge.

Customer-entered spelling, date, wording, or personalization errors are not eligible for a free replacement. We may offer a discounted remake as a customer-service accommodation at our discretion.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking or carrier information indicates a delivery problem, contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
